“My 10yo’s gaming party with 10 kids was great. The set up and take down was really smooth, and Jordan was great with the boys - making sure they all had fun and didn’t fall out. I had 90 mins wondering what to do with myself and they all loved it!”

“This is the second party we've used Pop Arcade for and they are brilliant! Both parties have run like clockwork and everyone has been happy, they answer any questions, and are easy to deal with. Harry ran our parties both times and did a fab job. Would recommend the company and use again in the future.”

“We used Pop Up Arcade for my sons 8th birthday party and the kids absolutely Ioved it. I would 100% recommend their services and we’ll definitely be using them again. They made sure we had everything we needed beforehand for the party and were quick to get back to us when we had questions via email/phone. On the day the hosts were friendly and attentive to the children and helped them with all the technical bits so mum and dad could relax. The most stress free birthday party ever!”

“The team were incredibly kind, polite and great with kids. We got an email and text informing us of when they will be arriving, set up the tent swiftly and entertained 10 kids with such delight. Kids played on the consoles and even had the opportunity for a VR experience. They were respectful and friendly and I was impressed with the whole process. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!”

“This was really great. Lewis arrived in very good time and got the systems set up quickly. He had a nice manner with the kids and was really good at keeping everyone to time so that people could take turns on the different games. He let them know some ground rules in a firm and clear way, and then kept his head while the kids proceeded to get really excited and loud playing the games. He made sure there were lots of opportunities to switch so that kids didn't get bored or frustrated. The gaming experience finished with everyone happy and ready to move on to having lunch. I find getting one ten-year-old off a device hard enough but he managed it with ten of them! He packed up and left very efficiently too. Thank you Lewis and Pop Up Arcade, thoroughly recommend.”

“Absolutely fantastic. Seventeen happy 10-11 year olds. Loads of different games, consoles etc so no-one was left out. On the spot advice and tips too. I appreciated getting the text in the morning confirming the eta. Good email comms prior to. A first class service.”

“We had 10 boys in our house for my sons' 9th birthday. I have never seen so many kids being so quiet. A pleasure for parents! Ben was really nice, introduced the key rules to the kids and made sure they were understood following which he kept the kids nicely engaged. All over the kids had a great time. A big thanks to pop up arcade and Ben!”

“My son had a fabulous 11th party with Pop Up Arcade - one of their first full VR parties. Efficient set up, smooth communications. Only disappointing element was that I had requested a specific game and was told they had it, but they did not. However, the host was extremely flexible and let my son have a go on his own personal one.Thank you for this. Would highly recommend and will use again.”

“BEST PARTY EVER was all my son and his friends could say. It was such an awful day (9 Jan - torrential rain) and I thought it would put a dampner on the day but not at all. Set up was easy, Emma arrived about an hour before the party started and just cracked on whilst I prepped snacks etc. The first 5 mins is chaos selecting the games etc, but after this Emma had my son and 16 friends all under control. Emma was knowledgable and fair in terms of how long each child got on each game. The driving seats/ game at one end of the tent was a massive hit. Lots of people have been asking for the details. Do it, you won't be disappointed.”
