“Hi - I booked Pop Up Arcade for a party for my son's 11th birthday with 10 friends. The whole experience was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and in particular Daryl who was our amazing games master. The communication was excellent in the run up to the big day [the personalised party bags arrived in great time so I could pack them myself and looked brilliant]; I particularly appreciated the call the day before to run through all the little details re games, all about the birthday boy and the suggestion to check with other parents re Fortnite! Daryl managed to ensure everyone was happy, included and playing games at the right level - I hugely appreciate the way he made sure my much younger daughter was fully involved in the party and able to enjoy it as much as everyone else. He had the perfect knack of being able to keep everything under control in a relaxed and friendly way. My son loved the Oculus and the driving games and we were really lucky to be able to extend the party as no one wanted it to end. A massive thank you to the Pop Up Arcade team for making it such a great party.”

“I booked a virtual reality party for my 11 year old girls birthday and really did not know what to expect or if I had made the right choice. The party organiser was excellent 😀 was so organised and interacted perfectly with the girls which I was a bit worried about as they were quite loud all together in a small space! He was brilliant and got them all the patient while he made sure everyone was set up. They had a brilliant time! I will definitely be booking for my sons birthday as he was very jealous 😂”

“Booked pop up arcade for a 9th birthday. They were very easy to deal with, answered my questions beforehand promptly and were efficient and friendly on the day. Our gamesmaster, Jordan, was great with the boys and very efficient setting up and clearing down the games tent. Excellent company and the boys had a terrific time.”

“We had a party yesterday where PopUp Arcade provided the gaming entertainment, everything went perfectly. My daughter and her friends had the best time. Josh our games host was brilliant, came early to set-up and ensured the kids were all entertained, he supported them with the VR and ensured they rotated around popular equipment. My daughter had the best 10th birthday party. As a parent this is a great choice, the party was calm and well managed. I highly recommend this company, the communication has been brilliant from before I booked all the way up to the party day.”

“This party was brilliant. The hose arrived on time, set up and took everything down with no fuss. The children all had a great time, helped by the party host while the adults popped in and out but weren’t needed at all! . Can’t recommend enough.”

“The whole experience was just outstanding. We had this in the house and the children loved it. They could not stop speaking about it the next day. To me from meeting the host to finishing up it was outstanding. It was catered for all the children and the Games Host knew what the children wanted and what they could have. I felt relaxed as a mother knowing they were looked after.”

“Great! Easy to organise and manage, at a reasonable price. There is also good flexibility with arrangements and available options. My only suggestion would be to add a little more detail on number of consoles, types of consoles and games that would be available.”

“Absolutely brilliant! Having Pop Up Arcade for a site event was a great decision, and all of the children loved it. The team created a great atmosphere for everyone to play on the different games and consoles, and were able to include everyone from 3 years old up to teenagers. We will definitely be using Pop Up Arcade again 👍”

“Fantastic idea for a birthday party for my 10 yr old. Kids these days cant stay away from games and their tablet so, I decided to let my boy have his way for 2 hours with his friends. They had the most amazing time and I did not have to lift a finger. Just ordered pizza. The host was amazing. Set up the tent and in no time, the kids were gaming away. Love the way he bonded with the kids.”

“Really happy with all aspects of booking, help with planning and then party on the day. 100% recommended as a great activity/party, was really enjoyed by a our son and the overall group of eight 10-12 year old boys. Very professional and friendly in the setup, running and then pack down. Equipment was in good condition and the use of it very well explained.”

“My son throughly enjoyed his birthday party. Best birthday party he said. We opted for having the heated tent put up in our porch. They were very punctual and efficient. The host Chris was very friendly and discussed before hand the various games options which were available and age appropriate. Highly recommend it.”

“My wife heard of Pop Up Arcade through word of mouth and decided they would be ideal to front our daughters 10th birthday party. Simple booking online, with additional extras available to make it a special day. Part payment to secure booking and final payment were all very easy prior to party day and email communication with Pop Up Arcade always helpful. Day of party is usually stressful for parents. Emma (Pop Up Arcade Host) arrived approx. 1 hour before party starting to set up the area and equipment for the party. We booked for 20 kids, which took about just under an hour to set up screen, projectors, equipment, etc. After this, Emma took care of the rest for 2 hours and led the kids through all the various games and equipment. My wife even managed a glass of wine with her friends. Amazing time had by all and really felt that it was planned and executed professionally. Highly recommend anyone to consider Pop Up Arcade (and Emma) for any future upcoming parties. Not posting photos for security concerns due to children smiling / happy faces within and the need for parental permissions.”

“We hired the T-shirt printing party as an activity for the kids at a larger event. The Pop Up Arcade team were wonderful on all levels: logistics, communication and on the day management. They were great with the kids and the product was fantastic. Could not recommend them enough.”
