“My rating for Mitch is 20 out of 10. A complete professional and very personable. I gave him an empty cold room and within 20 minutes; he turned it into a warm, cozy and fun games room. He made the children feel at ease, he made them behave without them realizing he was telling them to. He is an asset to your company. His approach needs to become standard company procedure. Will definitely call for your services again and ask for him specifically.”

“This was my first ever experience booking any kind of activity for my daughters birthday, and I must say it was the best choice I made. Not only was it a hit with all the children, but Louis was amazing, the customer service was great before and during the event. Communication did not lack and the experience was just perfect this kids are still talking about it. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s 10th birthday a day to remember. I just wish I had the opportunity it’s to take more pictures but next time for sure”

“My 10 year old son and his friends enjoyed the party so much. Was worried about the freezing cold weather and the boys outside in a tent, I needn't have. There were nice and cosy. I honestly couldn't recommend enough, easiest party I've hosted, didn't see them.”

“Fantastic gaming party for my 8 year old son. Set up and dismantle was smooth and efficient. Ben our host was fantastic with some very over excited 7 and 8 year olds. The whole party was very well managed from start to finish and the kids had a fantastic experience. Would throughly recommend this party.”

“Jordan was great and was able to accommodate 15 children in my lounge rather than the tent I'd booked(it was icy and snowy) Gaming chairs were added as a bonus instead of the tent. Kids all loved it and he was very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. Daughter had a great time with her friends. Thank you”

“The company were really easy to deal with, answering queries and being super flexible when we had to make a last minute postponement due to illness. When the party did happen it all ran smoothly and the kids loved it. Easiest and most popular party I've ever had! Little touches like letting you know the host was in his way really took the stress out of things.”

“I can not recommend this company highly enough. From beginning to end, they gave me an absolutely faultless service. I had a few questions when I first made the booking for my son's birthday and these were answered within 24 hours. The day before the event, I got a text message confirming that my hosts would be coming the next day and then on the day of the event, another message to let me know that they were on their way. Harry and James were amazing with the ten children that attended the party and totally kept their attention. They had them all gaming together happily for the 90 minutes that we had booked and when it was time to finish they gave the kids plenty of warning so that they could gradually come down from their gaming high. I would definitely use this company again and Harry and James deserve lots of credit for how good they are!”

“Chris was very helpful over the phone explaining everything and went through any problems we may have on the day with weather as it had snowed. There was nothing to worry about though - the party was a huge success. Mitch was brilliant - friendly, calm, so helpful and made it so fun for the kids. They all loved it! Such a brilliant party. Highly recommend this.”

“The party was fantastic. We had good communication from Pop Up Arcade all along, confirming the booking and reassuring us the party host was on his way. Josh was prompt, polite and great with the kids, really helpful and friendly, keeping them entertained but also in line when they needed it - he got the balance just right. This is the second Pop Up Arcade party we have had and I would highly recommend them.”

“As a returning customer pop arcade didn't let me down. They kept 15 kids occupied for 1 5 hours, it was perfect. Everyone had a great time.”

“We recommend Pop up Arcade to anyone who wish to give their children a brilliant birthday party. My boy and his friends had so much fun. Emma was an amazing host. She set up, looked after the boys beautifully. Couldn’t have asked for more. Far and beyond. A big thank you from us .”
