“They were fabulous from start to finish and my son & his friend’s absolutely loved it. They were ages 9-10 but I think any age would love it. Chris was friendly, efficient & no fuss on the day. I thoroughly recommend. I also had to change the date & they were super accommodating.”

“Ben was an amazing host - he had alot of children all wanting attention etc he had multiple children with autism etc and he really was amazing I can not praise him highly enough! The pop up arcade was a complete game changer for us this year, it made things so much easier and the kids are still talking about it now! Thankyou!!!”

“Communication beforehand was excellent, arrived on time. Lewis was an absolute star, interacting with all children, spending time with each of them, keeping them engaged and gave reminders for how much time was left so the children had plenty of warning. When one of the littlest ones got frustrated and had a meltdown, Lewis was quick to act and turned the frown into a smile in no time at all! He even joined in with the cha cha slide and ymca! (Requests made by the kids) I cannot recommend highly enough, and if you happen to get Lewis, you are in for a very easy and seamless party! All the children were raving to their parents and other children the next day at school about the epic racing battles, and a few have requested business cards. Even my introverted socially awkward teenage son got involved and had a great time! Thank you pop up arcade for a great time, and thanks to Lewis for being incredible and for going above and beyond”

“I was very apprehensive about the party and this company, as I had not heard about them before, but they were great. Emma arrived in plenty of time and put me straight at ease, she knew exactly what she was doing and got on with it, even interacting with the children before it was party time and during she controlled the children fantastically. Could not recommend them more.”

“Booked at relatively short notice. Simple communication leading up to the event. Set up was simple for them to install. Kids had a great time and we didn't have to get involved in the gaming until after it was all over! Would recommend. Friendly staff.”

“I have to say the guy that came to set up was absolutely amazing! He was so lovely! Fantastic and patient with the kids and really knew what he was doing! We really appreciate the effort he put in. The kids had a blast they all said it was brilliant and the birthday boy has the best party ever!”

“Kids absolutely loved it, the birthday boy was thrilled. Nico was brilliant with them. A few of the kids weren't sure about gaming, and he took the time to find the right game for them. They left the party still talking about it, and have asked their parents to buy it, they loved to much!”

“My son had a pop-up arcade party in December '22 (seriously delayed review) and he had the best time. I'd highly recommend this party! It had been snowing on the day, and the tent was still set up in the garden. It was warm and cosy and the children had the best time playing various games on a variety of devices. The host was brilliant, and this party was so easy. A real win for parents!”

“This was such a great idea! The day flowed smoothly and I was updated every step of the way! Liam who set everything up for us was amazing! My little girl absolutely loved it and her friends were all happy with everything that was on offer! I would definitely recommend!”

“Was the easiest party ever! Booked for my sons 10th birthday party and booked to take place in the tent in the garden for up to 10 people. Chris was great. Came to set up an hour before, helped the kids where needed. From booking to the day, everything was efficient and professional and most of all my son and all his friends had a great time! Would definitely recommend!”

“This is exactly what I had envisioned and it was executed perfectly by the games master, Kevin. He was professional, calm and handled the boisterous boys really well. I was incredibly impressed by the entire service from booking to the actual event. So many people asked about the company and the service and I cannot stop raving about it and have recommended Pop Up Arcade to everyone.”
