“I don't usually leave reviews but I felt in this case it was necessary. We had Michael as our host and we found him exceptional. He was engaging with the kids (I even saw him helping a child get a drink at one point), polite to all the guests and was very efficient. My son and his friends had a great time. i would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a gaming party and again, thanks to Michael for making it a party to remember.”

“We hired the pop up arcade for our son’s 10th birthday and added on the tent last minute-highly recommend! This meant the tent was set up and taken down again without any interruption to the cake/food part of the party inside. Emma was amazing from start to finish. And looked after the children brilliantly. The children all said how lovely she was and had a great time. Highly recommend to anyone with children that enjoy gaming. Loved the added extras that could be added on meaning we only paid for things he wanted.”

“Amazing gaming party! My ten year old & his friends had the best time! Emma couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly, she was so knowledgeable about the games & literally couldn’t do enough to make the party smooth sailing for me! The set up was so good & the range of games was vast. Literally the coolest experience for a bunch of kids who have been in lockdown when gaming has been their only way of communicating, to be in the same room chatting & laughing with all the tech was just magic!! Can’t praise Emma highly enough & dealing with the office staff booing the party, everyone was very accommodating & friendly. Thank you so much!”

“An absolutely fabulous party. The kids had the best time, so much fun. The host was amazing. Managed the kids extremely well and was very helpful. It was fantastic. A perfect party for a 9 year old. Massive thanks.”

“Thank you James for arranging the party and keeping the kids busy for 2hrs. The tent was spacious and perfect for a garden party. The kids had a wonderful time and very happy they all got individual controllers to play. Even the older kids had a good time. Would definitely recommend Pop up Arcade to friends and family.”

“Really great experience. Our host was prompt, friendly, efficient and played games with the kids during the party. It was very well organised, also when I phoned I spoke to someone quickly. The children loved the party - they loved the games and the VR headset, so did we adults! The party was mainly 10 year old boys with some girls and boys aged 12- all of them liked it, even a child who doesn’t play video games lives the headset and was able to join in. Would definitely recommend pop up arcade.”

Our host Chris was very efficient in setup, helpful with the kids and proactive to ensure all the kids had an amazing time. My son and his friends were raving about how awesome the gaming party was. “Thank you to Sam from Pop Up Arcade for making my daughter's 10th birthday party so special. Sam was on hand to show them all how to use the new games and deal with any problems they might have using the equipment. They all had a wonderful time and got a chance to try out a few new games including VR as well as their favourites. I was very impressed with the service received from Pop Up Arcade, they kept in touch by email and text, on the run-up to the party and on the day.”

“Ultimate gaming party experience! Emma was absolutely amazing from start to finish, from helping me to clear away furniture to personalising all the kids’ experiences! “Highly recommended! Luke came and ran an amazingly smooth party for a group of 7 year olds. I have never before had the pleasure of such a quiet party, where the kids were so utterly engrossed in all the games that they hardly moved from the spot! The guys arrived in plenty of time, set things up & tidied away quickly and efficiently. The kids had all their favourite games, plus VR. The birthday boy rated it as a million out of 10 which is high praise indeed.”

“This was amazing. The guy who set it up, Michael was brilliant. He had a great manner about him. Very friendly and relaxed. He was efficient and knowledgable. The children all liked him and he ensured the tent was warm and comfy for them and made sure they all had a go on the games they wanted. Really impressed with the whole set up but I really think Michael made it that bit more special. He's a real asset to the company.”
