“It was very simple to arrange the party online. James turned up on the day when we were expecting him, set up without drama and did a fantastic job of keeping our group of 10 & 11 year olds entertained. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had an amazing party thanks to pop up Arcade. The children enjoyed the VR headset the most. Our host Oliver was prompt, efficient, and helpful! Kudos to him for easily managing a room full of 10 year-olds. This was our 2nd time we’ve used pop up arcade party and it was better than the first!”

“We had a party for ten girls, aged 5-11. They/we had a wonderful evening! One child called me the next day and said ‘It was the best party I’ve been to!’ All the children were engaged for the whole two hours. The customer service staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Gintas and Daniel arrived early, set up a tent in my garden with all the equipment. They were friendly and helped all the children. Would definitely book again. Thank you Pop Up Arcade.”

“Everyone loved the gaming pop-up Arcade party!.. The party host was very friendly and kept all kids occupied. the VR headsets game was very popular and we all had a go. It was well organised event by the Pop-UP Arcade team, arrived on time, kept me informed.”

“I have used pop up arcade a number of times and have always been happy, all the staff are pleasant and keen to help, this time we had a young man called Oliver I was very impressed at how he was so attentive to all the children making sure non of them were left out, he was also very good with the special needs children I would highly recommend.”

“This is the best thing since silce bread!! If you want to be the coolest Mum on the block!!! Giuseppe was so great with the kids, he was extremely attentive to their every needs! My son and his friends were so elated they nick named Giuseppe the Game Master!!! I highly recommend it for a stress free event. Beautiful concept, its a win win for parents and kids!!”

“Pop Up Arcade are great - the setup was really quick and Hannah was fantastic; from getting everything ready to helping the young people when they had any problems/questions. I felt that maybe two members of staff could have been on hand, although maybe that would have been the case if we pre-booked the VR headset (instead of deciding on the day). The only other bit of feedback would be to maybe space out the screens/bean bags a bit more when in a hall setting? But apart from that, really happy with the experience!”

“I wanted to try something different this year for my son’s 10th birthday and after doing some online research I booked Pop Up Arcade. Best decision ever! I had 40 kids to entertain so mixed the games package with 2 sets of head to head racing stations. The hosts arrived in enough time to get set up all ready before the guests arrived. The hosts were really friendly, helpful and patient with the kids, setting them up the consoles and even getting some of the parents involved! My son was extremely excited to find out the latest FIFA game was available to play and he played mini tournaments with his friends. The feedback from my guests has been amazing, praising the set up and variety of games and consoles. I highly recommend Pop Up Arcade for any party…..even my husband wants to book them for his birthday.”
