“Hello, My son had a party on 12.10.2019 and although it was raining heavy, all the children stated it was their best party ever! I would defo recommend pop-up arcade!”

“I had my sons 9th birthday gaming party yesterday and our host was Kyle who was AMAZING! He set up without any fuss and I had 10 quiet boys for 90 minutes which was great! They all had a fun original party with no fuss. Good value for money and Kyle was really involved with the kids and telling them lots of gaming facts which they loved so Thank you!! I have already recommended you to all the mums at school 😜”

“We were really impressed with our Pop Up Arcade experience. The booking team were great (and very flexible...we were mid house move so couldn't confirm the address initially). The price was reasonable too. The guy who set up on the day was great, he was slightly late so it was a bit of a push to get all of the consoles set up on time (we didn't quite have the 30 minutes planned), but he just about managed it! My son really enjoyed his party and the kids all had a great time. Thank you!”

“I was recommended Pop Up Arcade by a friend and they did not disappoint. Being able to book online was a massive plus for me so I could arrange it at any time of day, and the booking process was clear and easy, with lots of availability. I was contacted a few weeks before for some additional details, and the rest of the process was seamless, with an email one week before as a confirmation and reminder. Brandon arrived one hour before as promised and set up in the garden, bringing everything he needed. He was great with the kids and I did not have to do anything for 1.5 hours which was perfect! The kids absolutely loved it, would highly recommend!”

“I booked Pop Up Arcade for my sons 8th Birthday, he had requested a 'gaming party' and I found Pop Up arcade on Instagram. From finding out all the information I needed to booking, paying a deposit and the day of the party I couldn't fault them for anything. The day of the party arrived and they were on time, efficient and very helpful throughout the party. Wicked experience for my son and I will be booking for my eldest sons 10th Birthday in December. 6 parents have contacted me asking for the companies details for their little ones party. we were all impressed, Thank you for a wonderful party Pop Up Arcade :)”

“Amazing, stress free (for the parents!) party for my son who turned 8. Everything was all set up when the children arrived and there were enough consoles and games to keep everyone occupied. Some of the children had not played video games before but easily picked up one of the large variety of games that were available. There was a virtual reality one that was definitely a hit as well. Highly recommend this for a party.”

“Was brilliant . The Host was lovely. Set up in no time. Was plenty of different games and experiences for the kids to do. My son loved this for his birthday party, all of his friends did to. Will definately use again and highly recommend to anyone thinking of party ideas .”

“Last Thursday we had a brilliant party for my son's 11th birthday .. 14 kids were really enthralled with their first ever gaming party. Ryan was excellent, arrived in plenty of time, was calm and helpful with the kids and it was our best party yet. Totally recommend and it was a huge hit. Thanks!”

“Booked the gaming tent for my 9 year old boy. It was absolutely brilliant. They had all the latest Consoles and games, virtual reality headset and racing seats. The guys looked after the kids and were great with them, making sure they all got a turn. My son said it was the best party ever. It did rain but it didn’t matter as the tent is weather proof. I definitely recommend it.”

“We received a really disappointing service on this occasion. Your member of staff turned up 15 minutes late, which meant the party started late. No phone call was received and I had to chase the main office for an update. While the member of staff did keep the party going for the full time booked, it was difficult to entertain 15 children who wanted to get started. In addition, the member of staff was told this was going to be a Fortnite party. This was not booked, as all the children attending were below the minimum age for playing this game. Thankfully I caught the issue in time. I'm afraid it all felt a bit last minute, disorganised and there were clear communication issues. This was all the more noticeable, as last year we received an outstanding service.”

“Rob, the guy that set up and ran my sons 9th birthday party was amazing. We had the tent option in our back garden and he had it all set up in no time. All the kids seemed to enjoy themselves and Rob was really helpful with them and made sure they all knew what they were doing and that everyone who wanted to have a go on the vr was able to. All in all we were really pleased we booked Pop Up Arcade and would definitely recommend them 😃”
