“This is our second year of using Pop Up Arcade for my son’s birthday, this time in a smaller format at our home. It works beautifully - the party takes care of itself, largely. But I’m also grateful to the kind and helpful Pop Up Arcade host who was on had to help and engage the boys in competitions. Highly recommend!”

“Brilliant party for my 9 year old. Excellent communication, really easy payment options, great games and set up. Everything Popuparcade said they would do, they did. Ben was fab! Kept the kids entertained for the whole party. Even catered for vegetarian sweets for the kids! Arrived punctually to set up, cleared away quickly and left everything in a good order. I would highly recommend popuparcade to anyone.”

“Fantastic party, my son and his friends absolutely loved it! You arrived on time and the set up was siimple and straightforward. Our host was brilliant with the kids, he was very patient, clearly explained everything and made sure they all had turns on the different games and consoles. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a stress free enteraining birthday party.”

“I had Chris from Pop Up Arcade come to my home to set up a party for my son. It was fantastic. Chris was kind and had an amazing approach with the children. The set up was smooth and communication with Pop Up Arcade was brilliant. Thank you for making my son's party such a fun and memorable one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and thanks to Chris especially.”

“The set up was quick and hassle free. They had good connectivity and the support was great. One slight improvement could be if you could actually add something to make the bday boy feel special. There was a different chair but it did not feel as special... The beanbags were too low.”

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. Making the birthday child feel special is important to us. At the moment we make sure to give them extra attention during the party, give them a "World's Greatest Gamer" T-shirt with their name on it, give them an awesome gaming chair, and run a special gaming challenge based around their favourite game. Please let us know if you have any suggestions on what else we could add. We're always looking for ways to improve our parties!

“We hired the VR headset package for my son’s birthday and he and his friends loved it. There was lots of communication in the lead up to the party and the whole thing was hassle free., you even get contents for the party bags.”

“Very impressed with Pop Up Arcade from start to finish. I had a couple of enquiries prior to the party which were addressed promptly and efficiently. Connor was the party host and the kids loved him! He kept them all entertained for 2 hours and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would 100% recommend!”

“My son and his friends had the best time at our party. Jeff was brilliant, from the speedy set up (even with my kids bugging him with questions) to really taking care of the kids and making sure everyone had a fab time. I didn’t have to do a thing and the time flew by! With the sweets & magazine it saved on doing party bags so was the easiest party I’ve ever done. Thank you guys.”
