“As children get get older sometimes planning what to do for their birthdays can be a difficult decision. You don’t necessarily want to do what their friends have done before and you want to make their birthday special and unique. So finding Pop up Arcade was a real relief and such a fab idea for my sons 9th birthday! Booking the gaming party was super easy and straight forward and communication from Pop Up Arcade with a few simple questions and reminders before the big day was great! I decided on an Indoor set up for up to 10 children and the space was perfect. Suhill turned up on time, was professional and friendly and eat up everything in good time. He stayed with the children thorough out making sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. Thank you Pop Up Arcade, my son and his friends had a blast and his friends have even said they would like a gaming party for their birthdays. I would definitely use again and next I am thinking of doing the outdoor girls tent one for my daughter. ⭐️ We had toon The children had a blast!!”

“Party itself was great, host was really lovely also. One thing that made me a bit uncomfortable was that the host once at the venue was offering multiple extra items, gaming time, for extra cost. It threw me as I didn’t know this would happen, and my kids were listening and excited for the extra items that we sadly had to decline in front of them.”

“Liam (the games master) was absolutely brilliant with the children and the grow ups. He made sure everyone had a turn and kept everything in order. He did such an amazing job, that the children didn’t even come out of the pop up tent! Highly recommend the pop up arcade and will definitely be booking them again, very soon. 10 out of 10!”

“I booked a 5 guest party for my sons 11th birthday, so easy to book! He & his friends had an amazing time. Our Games Master Sam arrived in plenty of time & explained how it all works. He set up in the garden, guests arrived & the gaming started. I booked a 2 hour party, a gaming chair for the birthday boy & we were able to hire extra screens & an extra VR headset as we were the last party of the day. Sam made sure everyone was happy & they all had a fantastic time. If you want a party to remember I would definitely recommend Pop Up Arcade.”

“Our party through Pop Up Arcade could not have gone more smoothly! We were able to host a small group in our own flat, they brought everything and couldn't have been nicer or more expert at interacting with the kids if things ever started to take a competitive turn. After some gaming, we went outside for cake and running around and it was all a great balance. Birthday parties made easy with a theme that everyone liked even those who weren't super into gaming (a VR set and Occulus were also available). Would highly recommend booking your party through Pop Up Arcade!”

“We loved the gaming party and tent we booked with Pop up Arcade. Emma was fantastic! She arrived promptly, set up really quickly and was great with the kids. Emma had just the right mix of fun, friendliness and authority to enable her to quickly organise the kids so they were gaming within minutes of the tent being ready. She gave them clear and simple instructions that enabled them to get the most out of the experience. Our 9 year old son said she was "cool" - can't get a better endorsement than that! Emma is a huge asset to her team - thank you so much for making our child's party so special!”

“It was such a great party, the games master arrived in plenty of time ensuring it was all setup in time. He was super helpful ensuring that all the children had a great time, helping out and explaining where needed and ensuring they all got to play a variety of games. My son thought it was the best party ever! Thank you!”

“Very easy and sufficient communication. Very good host that came and set up, entertained when needed the children and packed away again. Done in a very non intrusive way! Would definately recommend to family and friends. Used Pop Up Arcade as they came recommended! Very good value for money!”

“I could not fault Liam and the Pop Up Arcade set-up; it was brilliant! We booked a 2-hour session with a garden tent and steering wheel racing chairs for our son's ninth birthday party. He and his 11 friends were totally engaged and excited by the whole experience. Liam managed both the set-up and the party really well. His approach with the kids was great and they felt comfortable to ask him for help with getting things going and to try out new games or the VR goggles that they were unfamiliar with. We felt the whole package was really good value and the kids thought it was amazing. We would absolutely recommend it! 10/10”
