“We booked at short notice and with little time to check reviews etc! The team were brilliant especially our host Cayden who arrived with loads of time to setup and did a fantastic job running the party for 10 VERY excited children. The kids had an amazing time and we adults really enjoyed having to do very little!! HIGHLY recommended!”

“We had Chris from Popup Arcade come for a 7th birthday party for 20 children. The company was great and the service we received in the lead up was great too. They were always quick to respond to my emails and everything was very organised and easy to understand. The party itself went great and the kids loved it! A great party! Thanks guys, Jo”

“We had a party for 15 kids on Friday 6th May 2022, we hired the garden pop up tent. The party was Excellent, excellent communication throughout and easy to book, party host Sam was brilliant, I would definitely recommend, A*****. Thanks team 🤩”

“Brilliant customer service from the start - great communication, texts, emails. Dilly, our gamemaster came alone, set everything up and was so fantastic! She was so great with the kids, so helpful and really helped to make the party great fun for all of us involved. She then packed everything away herself before leaving and this was her third party that day! Thank you so much - we will be recommending to friends.”

“My son had Pop up Arcade for his 7th Birthday. The kids loved it, ten boys and didn’t have to worry about anything. Was very impressed with the set up and how quickly the tent went up and organised. Will be using them again.”

“Communication was great, set was brilliant. Host was brilliant with the children too. Sadly we had various technical issues. Took half hour for the Star Wars VR to work properly, but seemed that could have been because of the tent. Moved that to the lounge and seemed to work better. One of the steering wheels didn’t work properly, so the head to head racing was lost for the kids. The host bought out another VR half way through the party to compensate which the kids all enjoyed, but obviously more patience and waiting required.”

“Turned up in plenty of time. We just felt that 4 monitors wasn't enough for 15 kids! They were abit squashed in resulting in some of the kids leaving the gaming tent. But overall was a good service.”

“This was our second birthday party using Pop Up Arcade and it didn't dissapoint! Ah the sheer bliss of ushering all the kids into the garden and shutting the door and making a cup of tea, knowing they will be entertained for a few hours regardless of whether it rains or not! Chris our games master was awesome, navigated calmly the noise and demands of 10 very excited kids. We ordered the mid-size tent this time to set up in the garden and really liked the extra space and the big projector screen. Booking is simple and easy, customer service is great and I appreciated the texts letting me know when they have set off to get to your house. Everything considered, this is a great value, hassle free party that can be set up easily in most gardens.”

“The easiest party ever, I’ve never seen a group of boys so happy. They literally didn’t come out of the tent for 1.5hrs! Chris was knowledgable and helpful, the selection of games was excellent. 10/10 I would 100% recommend to others.”

“Our experience with Pop Up Arcade was amazing, from booking to the end of the party. Communication was clear and timely before the party and on the day the party organisers were efficient and so accommodating to make it a special party for Jacob! Everyone at the party had a great time and wanted longer to play on the games. The set up and tidy up is very speedy but looks and works very well for all the children to get involved. Highly recommended!”

“Couldn’t of asked for anything better! The whole set up was incredible, my son had a smashing 10th birthday, India, the host was amazing, she was on time, set up went smoothly and the kids loved her, there was not anything she diddnt know and was able to keep 15+ kids entertained the whole time. Couldn’t recommend anymore for a stress free party.”

“When I asked my 9 year old what he wanted to do on his birthday, without a second's hesitation he said he wanted a Pop Up Arcade party. As always the day went brilliantly, the host (Michael) was amazing with the kids (10 in total). We've used these a few times and have never been disappointed.”
