“There are two words I would use to describe Pop Up Arcade: ‘absolutely brilliant’. They ran a 2 hour birthday party for 12 boys, all of whom had the time of their lives (not to mention a few parents too). Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Nico, or host, was superb.”

“My daughters recent 11th bday party was a massive success! The kids absolutely loved it!! Emma was our Games Master and she was totally amazing - she had it all under control, somehow remembering 25 kids names and what order they were in for each console..!! All the children were totally engrossed in the huge variety of games. Highly, highly recommend. Will def be using Pop Up Arcade UK again soon.”

“I booked pop up arcade for a large group of 12-18 year olds for the day with groups of 10 rotating into the area. They were punctual and turned up on time, but forgot the long extension lead I had discussed with them so we had a last minute panic trying to get power to the area. The tent was smaller than expected and probably more suited to 10 younger children rather than 10 teenagers, so it was a little "snug". The equipment was ok and everything worked, however we found the range of games a little limited. We are not able to play online and I did make this clear to them on booking, but this did then impact on the available games. All in all I found that the service was professional, however, before booking again I would ask and clarify a little more to ensure that the provision worked for us a little better.”

Hi Zo, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry we had a couple of hiccups on the day. This was a really challenging event for us, we have no experience working in a high-security environment and the logistical requirements were quite challenging. We normally have a big library of games at our parties but the security restrictions and the wide range of ages left us with only a small percentage of our games available. Given the damage to our equipment and the logistical difficulties of working in your environment, we would definitely need to have a thorough discussion before going ahead with any further events.

“Organising a party with Pop Up Arcade has been extremely easy, we had excellent assistance since the first call, the setting up was smooth and quick, we had a tent in our garden, and staff looked after every detail and made sure the kids were having a good time. The party was a great success! Thank you All at Pop Up Arcade”

“Easily one of the best parties my son has had. The equipment was all set up and Chris from pop up arcade helped the kids to get set and go on all of the consoles, encouraging them and helping them work out the controls. Several of the parents have said they are thinking of doing this for their own kids and I might enveloped book them for my own birthday!”

“The host was very friendly and polite and this started the session off on a great note. The host provided enough input and interaction with the guests and this just added to the already great experience of the gaming. The devices/games were varied and there was something for every taste.”

“Darrel was an excellent host. He made sure everyone was happy! He assisted the boys when they wanted to play on something new or wanted to make changes. There was a wide selection of games that kept everyone engaged. Thank you Pop-up Arcade!”

“My son and his friends had a great time. Perfect 10 year old boy's birthday party. Sam our host, was really lovely, he was great with the kids and so polite and made sure everything ran smoothly and all the kids were having a great time. Have already recommended to other mums. We were lucky with the weather as our party was in the tent in the garden.”

“All the girls enjoyed my 11-year old daughter's Pop Arcade Party. They enjoyed the virtual reality (VR) and racing chair games the most. The party host arrived well in time to set up and he was also good.”

“A great party, easy communication, the party leader was great with the kids, quick set up and pack away. My 9 year old son and his friends had the best time and enjoyed being able to game together as well as being in a tent was an added bonus. Thoroughly recommend.”

“Really recommend them. Fantastic party with great communication beforehand. Kevin was our games master on the day and he was fantastic. Turned up in plenty of time, set up super quick and was really nice and engaging with the kids. Overall great experience and we will absolutely be rebooking! They also do great party bags.”
