“I have to say my 13-year-old had his best birthday so far with you guys! Ryan was brilliant; he arrived early and set everything up. The boys arrived (16 - 12 & 13-year-olds), they were sent to the tent in the garden, and all we heard were shouts and lots of laughter. It was the easiest birthday party, and all the boys had great fun, it ticked all the boxes. Many thanks and a huge thank you to Ryan, who handled the morning professionally but with humour and patience. He was brilliant! I thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Pop up arcade provided a brilliant party for my 9 year old. All the kids loved it and didn’t want it to end. Dan and Anthony were great hosts and the interacted great with the kids. Thanks for making my sons birthday a great day.”

“Whilst the boys thoroughly enjoyed the party there was a bit of a tense moment trying to get all the equipment working with only a couple minutes before the party was due to begin. We were lucky that the host arrived 1 hour prior to the party (rather than the suggested 30min) to set up the equipment and resolve the issue otherwise my son would have had no party. Luckily it was a huge success for all the kids at the party.”

Thanks for the feedback, we're really glad everyone had such a great time. Most of the time 30min is more than enough to get everything set up. Sometime a tricky set up location or parking means it might take us a little longer but we always plan for that in advance and make sure we arrive early if we need to.

“The party guy got caught in traffic and I was informed straight away, as it turned out he was in time anyway. He set up very quickly and the 10 x 9 year old boys loved the party. Will definitely book again.”

“Absolutely brilliant! We booked a party with Pop Up Arcade for our sons 12th birthday and as i sit here after everyone has gone I feel so happy that everyone who came thoroughly enjoyed themselves. My son and his friends are all special needs children,the host was fantastic with them and they were all impressed with the hosts knowledge especially as us grownups aren’t supposed to know about the cool stuff!! The set up was painless and quick considering all the amazing tech there was to set up! I would definitely book again and I will be recommending Pop Up Arcade to others.”

“I organised surprise party for my Son who turned 11 and he was amazed and very pleased. I am very happy with the service and set up, host also take care of everything ... make sure every one gets fair amount of time to play. I definately recommend.”

“From start till end, everything was just so good. Few words don’t do justice to this brilliant group of people. Celebrated my son’s 10th birthday party and all boys had so much fun. Such a fascinating experience in your own living room. Highly recommended for game lovers. 10 on 10”

“Excellent party for my son’s 10th birthday. All of the boys enjoyed it and my son has already said he wants the same party (for 3hrs next time) for his 11th birthday! The host was great and was on hand the whole time. He also arrived early and everything was set up well in time. Customer services are great and replied to every question I had before and after booking. The whole thing was seamless and look forward to booking again :-). Thank you.”

“The party was amazing. All the kids had a great time from my 11 year old who's party it was down to his little sister who is 3. Becca was great, she set out the rules and kept everyone under control. Definitely recommend to anyone.”

“My son and his friend shared a pop up arcade party last weekend. There were over 20 kids and they were completely occupied and mesmerised for 90 minutes. The hosts were so professional, organised and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Pop Up Arcade for an easy and memorable celebration!”
