Good service, item arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the lamp shade itself was nothing like the photos so I had to return it. The £6 return fee for sale items seems a bit steep, especially as I would have happily kept the shade if if it actually matched the listing and description.

I decided I would buy a Pooky lamb as the Black Friday deal promised 15% discount at the checkout! That didn’t happen. I have already sent two messages to pooky but have not had a response. Not Happy!

Lovely designs, good customer service when resolving a courier issue. Unfortunately the quality of the functional parts is poor- the plastic connector was simply broken in one because it was so flimsy. Luckily we had one we could replace it with, but we shouldn’t have had to. Please use better quality components because I love your lights.

Lights look really good & very happy..... delivery was a bit rubbish ie they failed to deliver both boxes together, so we had to be home for 2 deliveries & box one was useless without box 2

The delivery and the return of the lampshade by DPD were excellent. It is a shame the product was not satisfactorily designed with regard to the way the shade fixing to the bulb holder. A far more robust design is required for a shade of 40cm dia.

The Whinny horse lamp itself is beautifully made! The switch is broken and seems to be made of weak material so not the best quality but should serve its purpose

The low stock levels are a big problem. I understand that you are acquiring a new warehouse and hopefully that should improve matters. However, it has been a huge frustration when one buys a lamp, finds it is suitable, then goes to order its pair and finds there is then no availability. We were also very disappointed to be told that our picture lights are not expected to last more than 10 years and will need to be replaced in full- and not just the bulb. Hard to justify this total lack of any attempt at sustainability!

I am so sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing as we do try to accommodate all of our customers with their desired Pooky products. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we begin to expand our company and open new warehouses to help fall in line with our customers' needs for our lovely lamps and shades. This unfortunately does take a little bit of time and we understand the frustrating aspects that come with this. We have begun to create a larger quantity of orders for our stock which will be reflected in the upcoming months and hope that you love the old favourites and new additions coming your way! In regards to the picture lights - Some of our products like the Blake and the Milton have built-in LEDs which are expected to last 25,000-30,000 hours. Nice company, but be careful to double-check the condition of any lampshades you get delivered. I received one that was a mess and hard to see the condition without removing the wrapping - which they don't like you doing if you decide to return for a refund. Fortunately common sense prevailed and I got a refund.

I was quite disappointed as not informatiom was given on the website as to what shades will fit the pending fittings and what shade fits both… And on asking customer servives, no converter available either-which is a shame.

Hi Stella, I have looked into the email correspondence you have had with our Customer Service team regarding your Swan Neck wall fitting, and the shade you had queried about was from another company so I'm afraid we would not be able to give information on compatibility. I can see we did reply asking for some more information, but we did not receive a reply. When you then emailed separately we did provide information on the shades that we sell that are compatible with this fitting. We do include shade options when looking at the fittings, so customers are able to pair these components together to create their perfect fitting. I'm sorry that you felt we did not help with your queries. I thought the lamp I ordered was really pretty, it looked like the photograph and the quality appeared sound. I admittedly didn't look at the measurements before I received the lamp but thought, given the price, it would be a medium sized lamp. When it came it was really very small and I was disappointed that something that costs almost £130 was so small. I understand that the quality is good but I don't believe it was good enough value for money.

Beautiful light but giving 4 star as they are really tricky to fit and it took my builder a day to get the wall ready. A lot of effort and they are probably better suited for new builds.

Gorgeous lampshades unfortunately the colour didn’t quite match what I had but the return was very easy. I contacted customer service te Colour help but sadly didn’t receive a response so ended up ordering something elsewhere which was disappointing as I loved the styles.

Product was ok but arrived late even though I paid for next day delivery. Poorly refunded the delivery but it nonetheless meant I had to quickly source an alternative product. I would also suggest that the ceiling rose is too small.
