“Excellent customer service! I received a faulty whitening pen and they rectified the issue promptly. I have just purchased another set for a Christmas present. I haven’t tried out my set properly yet but will leave another review in a few weeks to say if it definitely works.”

“I was a bit sceptical initially, so many products on the market touting white teeth! Have been using product for over a week now and can really see the difference. My teeth also feel super clean. This teeth whitening powder is easy to use and tastes good too. It's a 10 out of 10 from me and I will be back for more.”

“It took 3 weeks for my order to come which I was really annoyed about as I had ran out out my products and re ordered before my wedding which they had a week to come and then it turned out it took 3 weeks for my order to come. After 2 weeks I emailed asking where my order was and I got a reply in a weeks time the day I received my order saying she was sorry she didn’t know what happened my order as to why it wasn’t sent out and offered me a 10% discount and to email her the next time I’m purchasing off them and she would give me a 10% discount. Was extremely disappointed in the service with this company and for that to be all there was offered to me after waiting all that time. Will not be re purchasing from this company .”

Hello, Thank you for sending us your feedback. I can see that you ordered from us and we sent your order out for you within a couple of days of ordering, however when you emailed us a few weeks later with your enquiry of your parcel not arriving unfortunately it hadn’t moved from our delivery partners hub office - Royal Mail, which is unusual as I couldn’t track it further. There have been many delays over the last few months as they have had so many strikes so it does cause a delay and a knock on effect for us and many more business’s which then sadly affects our customers waiting times, this is something we would rather we avoided . With the strikes happening it results to parcels mounted up. I emailed you myself and i apologized to you for the delay as our orders are usually shipped within two days of ordering this is something very important to us as we want our customers to receive the parcel as fast as we can. A replacement parcel was sent to you as we couldn’t trace the parcel from The hun and as a nice thing to do from small business I offered you a 10% discount as an apology from us as kindness is important for the delay this causes you, the offer still is there if you wish to continue to shop with us, Wishing you a lovely week ahead☺️ Kind regards, Debbie
