Hello thank you for your review. Please could you clarify what doesnt work? if you have a faulty item we would of course be happy to replace it for you. I cant see any email from you to inform us of this so if you could let us know we can help with this for you :) Our UVC sterilser is a clinically proven device, we have a private clinical study on this which states 99.9% of bacteriais is destroyed, its a pretty powerful gadget so its disappointing to hear of your review. “Only started using Pushed London recently. On day 4 of using the teeth whitening powder and whitening strips, already see a difference and can't wait to see the finished product. Also there is no sensitivity when using these strips which I've never found before in other similar products. Would highly recommend!”
