“Very responsive indeed and polite, first rail was not bent professionally at all but once photos of the result were sent a new one arrived a week later with all the bends perfect. Definitely will buy there next time.”

Thank you for your comments. The 1280 is a great track for any curtain weight including interlined. The reverse bends take the curtains off the glass and will let the light flood in especially on a sunny winters day!

We apologise for the delayed delivery which was outwith our control. The poles were rerouted by the Courier Company Both poles are designed to be supported with a centre bracket for strength. The joining screw is just to secure one pole to another.

“Excellent service, very friendly and helpful before placing an order. Tracks and curtains were packaged very well when delivered and curtains were supplied ready to hang. Fitment is perfect and over the moon with how they look! Would definitely recommend Pole Design to family and friends.”
