Thank you for your comments. The 3840 cord operated track from Silent Gliss is one of the most efficient and attractive tracks on the market benefitting from a flush top fix clamp that allows no gap between the ceiling and track.

“Ordered a metal, wave track. Ordering process simple. Sent out promptly. Whilst we had a tracking code would have helped if it had an ETA for courier and not just "out for delivery". When the track arrived it was very well protected inside a robust cardboard tube. Length was exactly as per the order. Fitter had no problems installing the track.”

“I ordered a pole with brackets. It arrived without brackets . I only had a few days to fit the pole at a holiday cottage I had travelled to . As the brackets weren’t sent I had to go and buy another pole with brackets. When I phoned to ask about why the brackets were not sent there was no apology . I was told that sometimes brackets were sent out at a different time to the pole,( sounds v unlikely!) . I have never received the brackets . V poor customer service . Will not be using this company again. I still have a pole that I can’t use .”

Hi Lucy, The pole was delivered very promptly (four days after you ordered it). The brackets could have been sent the following day, so you would have received everything within five days - well within our quoted delivery time of 5-7 working days. The issue here is that you did not check the delivery when you received it, so when you arrived at your holiday home, there wasn't enough time for us to send them to that address because you were only there for a day or two. We take some responsibility that the brackets were missing in the first shipment (mishaps do happen at the busiest time of year, a week before Christmas), but if you had checked the order when you received it, we'd have been able to resolve this with no problem. Given this, a 1 star review seems a little unreasonable, so hopefully you can change that. We never shipped the brackets because you didn't tell us where we should ship them to. Of course we'd be happy to send them now - please send us an email at info@poledesign.co.uk to confirm the address. Regards Sam

“They have good instructions on how to measure the pole. I have an old Edwardian bay window so needed a bespoke pole. The product is of good quality, however they did not provide any instructions on how to install the product. When you know it is easy, but if you have never installed a bay window pole before it is initially frustrating that there is no UTUBE video or instructions in the packaging. I then needed to contact the supplier to ask for help.”

“Great company. I shopped around looking for quotes and Pole Design had the best prices. Their design department checked the specification carefully and offered me helpful advice. My poles were then packaged carefully and dispatched on time. I've used them twice and will do so again. Recommended.”

“Ordering on the site was easy. Delivery for my first order came within 2 days, and my second order came the next day. Poles and fittings were good quality (we ordered Hallis metal poles). Communication from Sam was excellent. Would highly recommend. Richard”

“Ordering online was easy with a clear and easy to follow website, delivered on time as stated and happy with the service from Pole Design hence 5 stars, the poles were Hallis Hudson and ordered 3x28mm and 1x35mm unfortunately all the poles had at least 2 joines to make a lenght and all the poles were warped, because i was having new windows installed i needed to get the fittings up so i excepted the poles as they were, i did not have the time to send them back and also ordering 4 poles, all warped what was the chances of having replacements sent with all the poles straight, all of the fittings were ok, although why they give you screws and raw plugs with the screws to long for the raw plugs only they would know, the poles and fittings were sent directly from Hallis Hudson and not from pole design so it is not there fault.”
