A few simple questions confirmed which EV charger was right for me, and the whole process was fairly routine.\r\nOnce applied for, a series of installation questions are asked, along with a request for a few photos of the chosen preferred location, meter box, Consumer unit etc to allow for for pre-planning.\r\nMine was a fairly routine installation due to charger location, and the whole thing took about 2.5 hrs to complete. The engineer Stephen was very proficient, and coupled my Solo 3 upto my home wifi router before he left."

We had a small problem with our earthing which needed a visit from the network operator to resolve. Pod Point rescheduled us for the final connection which only took a few more days. Then this review request came along so thought even better i\u2019l mention him on here! \r\n\r\nThe charger is very simple to use, we have gone for the tethered version as its much easier. You can then use the charger via the App with a variety of schedules or just have it always on. Its very versatile. "
