Installer was fantastic.... polite, friendly , efficient and a very neat, thoughtful job done. The initial appointment was arranged very fast. However the time schedule allowed for his work was so tight inc travel that he only installed the unit and ran out of working hours to connect up. I then waited 2 weeks for the connection to be completed. Such a shame as it spoilt an otherwise brilliant experience.

Wojtek was excellent and contacted the electricty board to fix a problem with their electricity cable to the house.

Regarding the installation. This was a quick service with no fuss. My only comment is that the time between I paid for my pod point and contact from them for installation was way too long. Response to emails, online query form was too long. Overall I would say I am satisfied though and look forward to using my pod point.

Overall the customer service from the Pod point help desk was just OK. Sometimes difficult to get through and not very proactive at responding to email. Once scheduled and assigned to installation engineer, installation on the day was great. The installer, Lewis Maslin, was fantastic. Turned up on time and completed the job quickly working in freezing cold conditions. Very neat and tidy installation, got it up and running, connected to Wi-Fi, and demonstrated working.

Jen in the installation scheduling team and Dean the installer were both excellent. Both should be recognised for outstanding customer support. Prior to working with them wasn’t as good. Took a long time after placing the order for someone from Pod Point to contact me. Please work on that as the rest of the service was great.

After a stuttering start with the do-it-yourself survey, we finally arranged an on site survey with a qualified engineer as this was deemed a” non-standard “ installation. This delayed the installation by a few weeks. The installation process itself was great. The engineer was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. Very tidy and very courteous.

After submitting my application with all the necessary information it was easy to book an appointment for the installation. It was a standard installation with no issues.

I placed my order on 19th December, however didn't hear anything back before Christmas. I chased via email on 27th December and was told my enquiry had been escalated however I didn't hear anything before New Year either. On 2nd January I called the helpdesk and after 25-30 minutes of waiting in the queue, I spoke to Jemma who was able to arrange my installation there and then for the next day. Whilst awaiting email confirmation of my installation (which ultimately never arrived), I received an email from Tom advising that my enquiry had been reviewed and I could "continue with my order". The link provided in this email did not work, so I had to ring the helpdesk again. After a further 25-30 minutes in the queue, I spoke to Bob who advised that the link was probably not working as my order was already complete! Bob generated the installation email to me which confirmed the engineer's arrival time for the next day (11am-4pm). At 12pm the following day, Ashley arrived to carry out the installation. Ash was an absolute star, discussing the potential installation options with me before starting and talking me through the whole process as it was ongoing. Owing to a couple of periods where the work had to stop because of a downpour, and despite being advised by his manager to leave at 4pm and come back the next day, Ash continued through to completion at around 4:45pm. I was so grateful for this as my car was already low on battery and I needed to go out the next day. Ash's dedication to customer satisfaction should be applauded and I trust he will not face any repercussions for staying late to get the job done. Overall, I have rated my experience as "good" because of Ash. Prior to his arrival, my experience was poor. The ordering process was straightforward enough but the lack of communication was frustrating, the time spent waiting to speak to the helpdesk both times was shocking, and the confusing email from Tom meant I spent a lot of time feeling anxious about the whole thing.

Good company. Installer was ok, but left a lot of rubbish, which he didn't tell me about. We also had a handy circuit list attached to our fuse box, which the installer chose to remove, again without telling me. Only just managed to stop it blowing away completely! I put an X on the wall as requested by Pod Point, but box was not put there. I did not get any information from the installer as to why he didn't use the X. Other than that he was an ok person and gave me instructions about the unit before leaving.

All went very smoothly, with helpful staff. Only issue was trying to load the photos onto the pre installation website. It kept saying files too large.

Can’t thank the engineer Carl enough, so helpful and really friendly. Getting hold of the office was difficult at times but once did get hold of someone they too were very helpful.

We are happy with our Pod Point charger, it has been fitted neatly and fully charges our Hybrid car in two hours. We live in a 1930s semi that has a typical looped Earth system. It was a little disappointing that the earth was only tested at the end of the installation where it was found to be below the required level. We then had a delay of 2 or 3 weeks to get this fixed before the installation could be finished. You also need more staff on the phone, regularly on hold for 30 minutes
