“If I did not have Pocket Receptionist, I would be typing from a solitary confinement cell in a mental institution from having gone insane as a result of all the phone calls flooding my mobile. They are life savers.”

“Generally a good service however I was not impressed with the continual overcharging for calls that took longer than the very short inclusive time allowed per call. I had cause to complain twice about excessive charges made for calls which were meant only to be an answering service which turned into someone's life story - at my expense. I have left Pocket Receptionist mainly as I'm too busy to use the service - I just can't cope with my workload as it is - had I been less busy I'd have stayed however.....I would still be BITTERLY COMPLAINING about excess call charges.”

“This is the third call answering compnay I have used. The first had ladies answering the calls from home, it was cheep...but.... with dogs barking in the background and kids screeming! The second was good but cost me around £3 a call which was a lot. Pocket receptionist was good, and was around 40% of the cost of the prevouse coomnay! I wont be moving again now.”

“I use Pocket Receptionist for my part-time travel business. All of my calls are answered during the day, even when I am working my full-time job. It means that I don't miss anything and can go back to my customers later. The amount of quotes I now put together have almost doubled showing just how many calls I'd been missing throughout the day! It also makes my business look bigger than it is! The agents are doing a fantastic job! Thank you!”

“As a small business I didnt think I would need this service - was totally wrong! I was offered a free trial, which I took thinking I wouldn't really use it. I couldn't believe how much time of mine was taking up answering calls. They learnt the basics of my business meaning that they could even answer questions from my callers, meaning the emails I got from them were really informative and weedled out the time wasters! I 100% recommend!”
