“The delivery service which was an added cost which in itself isn't necessarily an issue the delivery company used was how appalling.
We had ordered three items two of which would have been considered heavy and therefore lead to the expectation that it would be a two person delivery.
When the rather old can arrived it was just one person and he was unable to unload the items fully himself and given my husband wasn't here it was left to me to help.
On eventually getting three items into the house I questioned one item ironically the biggest and heaviest which wasn't ours! I then had to assist the driver to remove from the house and place back in the van. Unfortunately I am not as young as I used to be and this caused considerable strain on my back. (My husband said I should have refused but I didn't)
To add insult to injury the customer service team then said not our fault as we outsource delivery. They obviously do not realise that is now my first impression of the company as it would have been for many. I paid for a delivery that I actually was very much part of!
I would not use them again on this basis alone and maybe I was just unfortunate but their lack of customer care was the final icing in the cake as they say!”

Missed deliveries. Damaged goods, lots of apologies but no action. Still waiting for a refund of the money I’ve already paid and apart for lovely people on the end of the customer services line who are powerless, no appreciation of the time i’ve wasted.”
“One of the items i ordered recently was out of stock and delayed by a few weeks. As soon as the issue was raised it was dealt with quickly by substituting a more expensive item in its place for no additional charge. I think thats excellent service.”
