“Delayed order, 12 days to arrive. Too late for the scheduled work. Wanted a refund got, like the delivery, a very late, 'sincere' apology. You guessed it, no refund. Won't be using again”

“Five stars says it all. I had spent two days searching for kit from other retailers who were not able to confirm/advise precise dimensions of plate. They could only yawn and say don’ worroy. “As yet I haven't received my order but I know it has been dispatched and delayed by postal strikes. I am hoping that I have ordered the right thing - I had my washing machine installed by a professional but a joint to extend the waste water hose failed and I can't get him to come back. I am really hoping that the item will sort out my problem. Being a 68 year old disabled woman sucks and the 'fault' is at the back of the unit under cupboards. As mentioned - you dispatched on time but the item seems to have been delayed in the post - not your fault. Fingers crossed”

“Not the best service, paid for 1-3 day delivery with DPD, on 4 th day it hadn’t arrived, called and they said sorry it hasn’t left us! Put it in a overnite service but still took another 2 days to come!b”
