“Their website doesn’t state if items are in stock. Ordered and paid for item. Two hours later theirs email advised out if stock. 3 hours later their email said order completed. What did that mean ? Not clear at all. Sent email to them over the weekend explaing the events. Asked them to contact me first thing Monday morning to tell me if they had stock. They did not contact me. Rang 4 times to speak to them. No assistants available. Later I spoke to them when I eventually got through on the telephone. They admitted that they item shown on their webpage was incorrect. The product shown did not actually exist. Their service is very poor and I would not order from them again.”

“This is a direct replacement for one that 'came with the house' six years ago but stopped working properly. It turned out that a small plastic piece in the 'head' had broken. Replacement was simplicity itself and I now have a load of 'spares' which I will keep but probably never use!”
