“Ordered a replacement Dudley Niagra pneumatic flush valve for my concealed cistern, paid for standard delivery and it arrived late afternoon the following day. It was much cheaper than other sites selling the same product. Excellent service cannot say more.”

“Would have been 5 stars but first product came in a creased box and the circular clear seal had been undone. The product (Dudley pneumatic flush valve) looked ok so I fitted it. Unfortunately, the short flush bellows leaked. Plumbing Supplies Direct despatched a replacement immediately and it's due to arrive tomorrow. So, PSD you were great in your response to the issue thank you.”

“Ordered this set a month ago. I am still waiting on 2 items… this was a present for an apprentice so not ideal… the customer service is great however the set should not be sold unless it can be shipped complete… or at least say ‘missing 3 items’ (I received the ‘set’ missing 3 items). Would have hoped for some compensation or similar…”
