“Very poor unfortunately the wrong post code was put on the package by Plumbing supplies system or a member of staff which led to the parcel not being delivered to me and a delay of almost a week I ended up having to go to the parcel force depot myself to collect I called Plumbing supplies to explain they said they could do nothing for as me as they accepted a picture from parcel force of the package in what looked like a warehouse When you enter your post code a street address will come up linked to that post code I don't know what caused the anomaly but it was a major inconvenience It was a part for my boiler which meant my family had no hot water on some of the coldest days this winter”

“Great service from these guys,product was out of stock,they contacted me to offer a refund or await new stock.I opted for the await new stock option and within 3days product delivered.The company kept me updated so no issues.Great service and great price.I would recommend and use again.More companies need to be like this!
