“Only received part of the order. No communication to explain that something was out of stock and no update since. Items received were all ok but unable to complete job without all items ordered.”

“Sorry, I don't like given negative reviews but my copper tubing turned up just wrapped in tape at both ends meaning that due to uncareful shipping the tubing was dented in many places, not ony does it look bad you obviously can't get a proper seal if you want to cut it at where the many dents were. Shoiuld be shipped more carefully or in a protective tube. The rest of the order was fine”
