“Excellent service from the man in "Technical Help". After listening to my problem he told me what was likely to be the cause and the part I may need. Normally it is something a non plumber could replace but as my cistern is concealed it is more complicated. The part arrived and I have another 9 days to wait for the plumber.”

“exactly as described, these didn't come with the security "C" clips which reassure the fitter that the push fit will not slip off but luckily I was replacing older versions so had spares. quick despatch, great price. thanks.”
