“Item was out of stock when ordered. Given option for refund. Stock became available quickly so waited. Item was then sent although there was a slight delay. Item arrived safely and well packed for transit”

“First time I have used Plumbing Supplies Direct. Ordering process was easy and what I ordered came within a few days. The product is fine and does the job intended.The only reason I havn't given 5 stars is that following ordering there was no confirmation e mail and no parcel tracking information which most on line companies provide these days.I would however purchase from this company again”

“Great service The water heater arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately found a damaged ( not Plumbing Supplies Directs fault ) they contacted the manufacturer and the part arrived the following day.”

“A problem occurred whilst placing my original order whereby I did not receive any notification from the company but my credit card compnay sent a notification that the transactioin had completed. The items were still in my online basket and so I rang your company to query whether the order had been received. Sadly I could only get throgh to an answerphone message and as I couldnt be sure whether the order had been received and wanted to place the order before 1pm to ensure next day delivery (another failure!) I placed another identical order which seemed to be accepted. I gave specific instructions for the courier to ring my mobile about half an hour prior to estinmated arrival to ensure I could be in. However no call was ever received and as I left to take my dog for a walk one morning I saw a lorry reversing outside my house and correctly guessed it was this order - fortunate for both myself and the courier. However it begs the question - WHY DOES YOYR ORDER FORM HAVE A SPACE FOR SUCH INSTRUCTIONS IF THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWED?? Very poor service in this respect. Oherwise happy that the order was correct. On another note I am still in email contact withyour compnay to cancel the duplicate order and make sure I am refundef for it.”

“Excellent service. My only slight dissapointment was having ordered 2 x 3 metre lengths of pipe it arrived as 6 x 1 metre lengths. Not really a problem but more joints!”
