“im a bathroom fitter and i bought 2 of this item as the hansgrohe valves had plastic threads and i didn’t want to use my brass fittings for testing and i could not by of the shelf, done the job really well.”

“Good clear site with good prices. My only beef is not with Plumbing Supplies Direct but with ParcelForce who were allocated to deliver. For some unexplicable reason they were unable to find my address!! I find this unbelievable as I have had hundreds of deliveries and very regular postman deliveries over the years. The address was exactly right on the package too, so no problem with that.”

“Never used or heard of this supplier before, but their price for new pipe benders could not be matched plus free postage and packing. The product was delivered quickly although the wrong one was sent out, this was dealt with as soon as they were made aware. I had thrown the packaging away as well before realising the error. They arranged a collection and sent out another ( 24 hour post ) The thing that stands out is this suppliers customer service, they deal with matters straight away with no delays, and the best thing is they supply a phone number and answer it. First Class”
