“All in all very good experience with plumbing supplies not so good with parcel force gave estimate time of arrival hung about waiting for them to then get a notification that I wasn’t home same on second day then finally delivered on the Monday”

“Hi, the item was dispatched in good time and no issues with the service provided. Unfortunately the nut was over 45mm in diameter and not 40mm as advertised therfore too big for my wastepipe. I will need to source another smaller nut to do the job.”

“While the service from Plumbing Supplies Direct was excellent and the price very competitive, the service from ParcelForce was disgraceful. With an order placed on Wednesday and picked up by ParcelForce on Express24 the same day, it had still not been delivered by the end of Monday.”

“Good service and 'easy to fit' close coupling kit. I wish I had found Plumbing Supplies Direct before buying a replacement siphon elsewhere, as all I needed to do was to replace the existing siphon's diaphragm and the close coupling kit with an Ideal Standard one.”
