“I ordered some parts online. Didn't hear anything, no confirmation email, no contact. I phoned up after waiting two weeks and not receiving my order. I was told they didn't have the parts and would get them from another depot and post asap. It seems like my order got completely forgotten until I phoned. I cancelled my order as I needed the parts and s local supplier got them in next day for me. I know mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated an explanation and apology.”

“Parcel arrived sharp. It was as easy as pulling out the old and pushing in the new. I pay a boiler insurance every month. The timer was replaced last year and glitched from the start, so in the end the heating had to be either ON or OFF. Insurance would not pay for it to be replaced this year. All I needed was a part number and I bought my own and fixed that sucker myself, so all you ladies...think on, don't wait for a man to fix it, pull up those big girl panties and do it yourself.”
