“Decent price. Item looked like it wasn’t working but after five minutes the green light started flashing every 34 seconds , so be patient. Ironically the request to review the product arrived before the product :(”

“Would have scored you excellent except for experience with Parcelforce, which was irritating. They pushed a card through the letterbox Thursday afternoon saying there had been no reply. I had been indoors all afternoon and no-one rang the bell!. I had also stated on your form to leave parcel by front door if no reply. I was going to be out Friday morning so left their card attached to letterbox saying to leave the parcel if no reply. When I got back there was another card, saying they'd tried to deliver but had no reply. The card said I could collect parcel from my post office, but when I walked up there the Parcelforce man hadn't called in, so it was a fruitless journey and I had to return on Saturday. Hassle!”
