“Item delivered quickly but Royal Mail didn’t deliver on the day the email said. The box was damaged and the plastic seal on the box was slit open so it may have been a returned item! price of the item good.”

“Everything done efficiently and on time. My only slight reservation was that on receipt of my order I found the product packaging had been cut open, (was it therefore a return?). On close inspection the product was fine and is now in use.”

“Good product, good price and quick dispatch, sadly let down by dreadful service from Parcel Force - two failed deliveries, no cards left, didn’t deliver to neighbour when requested, so I had to drive 10 miles to collect from their depot.”
