“Delivery came as ordered and in good time, but was unfortunately damaged by the carrier (pipes dented and squashed). One phone call to plumbing Supplies Direct and the matter was resolved without issue and replacement pipes arrived the next day. Excellent service”

“Excellent product with great price and timely delivery - not used as yet as will be used to heat high temperature kiln electric elements to straighten and remove as they distort over time and not been called out to a breakdown yet! Video follows when used in anger so to speak. As to ratings a clear 5/5 no question!”

“Don't bother ordering. Order was cancelled without permissio. After they charged postage, i was emailed to say they needed more so refunded without even discussing - leaving me with no board when needed.”

“Ordered "Inta Square Angled Radiator Valves" but got sent a completely different branded product. When I raised this I was told that "these are the only valves we offer". Highly misleading as the product advertised on the website remains listed as "Inta". Collection and refund was easy enough but still a waste of time.”
