I can see your message, and it was replied to within two hours. If you can not find the email, return it with the return form for a full refund.
The mail was full this morning as we were short staffed on Monday, I have now gone through all the messages.

I am sorry. I have looked into this, and it looks like Royal Mail has not delivered this. Normally, Royal Mail takes 2-3 days on average. Both Royal Mail and DPD have well over 99% success rates. I have now resent this order again.
I am told by Royal Mail that their tracking has issues on a small number of some devices but a fix out any day.

I am sorry Frank that your order has not arrived, the order was sent out on the 2nd our first day back and I know Royal Mail is struggling with the weather. I have cloned the order and sent you a replacement on a DPD next day service. this should be with you tomorrow.

“Never recieved my order. Very hard to communicate with the don't take phone calls amd email replies are too slow to correct ordering errors. A small mistake on ordering was totally impossible to correct leading to my order going to the wrong address and now missing. It's a disaster. They tried to help but timing delays have caused a nightmare. Still no goods and very very slow communication takes days for replies.”
I am sorry you had trouble getting through, we had staff on holiday, and there was a banner on the website saying to message us and we would get back ASAP. I have looked at your order, the delay in you receiving your order was the wrong address on your order which you told us about after the parcel had left, we changed it for you but this added an extra day, DPD then tried at the address 3 times and advised no one was in, on the 4th time it was received, could you contact us if you have not received the order as this is dated before this review.

“PlumbinBits have been let down badly by DPD
I told them to put it in the garage and then deliver to any neighbour and two occasions they just came and went without doing either and did not deliver my package for a further three days. I had to get the parcel delivered to a local shop which is what DPD said they would do any way if I wasn't in. I am not unhappy with PlumbinBits but I will not use them again if they use DPD. I also paid for next day delivery.”
I am sorry DPD has let you down on this order, DPD normally is very good but with all delivery companies, they are only as good as their drivers, and have a 98.9 percent delivery rate. We also offer Royal Mail service but this is a 48 hour service as an alternative.

I am so sorry you feel this is overpriced, I have looked at the order, and £6 for a genuine Grohe Bellow plus £3 for postage is the best price on any shopping channel.

I mentioned when you contacted us that this was delivered to your next-door neighbour, as per the geotag and image, you will need to collect the parcel from your neighbour as Royal Mail has classed this as part of your safe location.

I am so sorry, I have looked into this and your message was lost in a spam filter. having read your message heritage only makes a soft close seat option now, I would check the seat is fully down on the brackets

I am sorry you are not happy with the service, it took 6 days to solve this, DPD tried to deliver on the day after you ordered and again the day after that, both times you were not in, and a calling card was left, you then requested the order to be delivered to a shop, which I am sorry DPD took a few days to sort that. I could not send replacement parts to an address that they had failed to deliver twice too.
“Delivery was excellent and on time I ordered a pump though and the seal inside the impellor was split so as soon as I put water in the system it leaked everywhere. Obviously a second hand part or damaged. Really disappointed it took me 2 hours to go and buy another replacement pump”
I am sorry, this pump was faulty, we sell around a hundred a month and have not had this issue before. They are all brand new, we never sell second hand parts.
I will email you a return postage label for this pump so we can refund you.
I am sorry that you missed the notes on the checkout screen about the cut off for same day is 1pm and dinner on Friday for Saturday, as your order was at 22.17 on Friday it missed the cut off window, We refunded the difference from Saturday to next day and this will show as a sperate refund, these can take a few days to show in your account.
I am sorry we have left you disappointed, the first seat had a chip from the delivery, the second we could not see any marks on it, there was polystyrene suck to the seat, which wiped off. I have refunded you in full for everything.

Hi Nadeem, sorry about this. DPD tried to deliver to you twice but found you weren't in both times so they returned your order back to us yesterday. As a result, we processed your refund yesterday, although sometimes this may take 24 hours to appear for you.
I am sorry you didn't like the pipe or fittings. Both are made by Polypipe BS EN 12201, the British standard. We sell lots of coils of pipe along with the fittings, and most customers are very happy with the quality.
