Sadly I'm not a great fan of theirs: their tracking is useless - and whilst our local Evri chap is really good (at the moment) I've had previous ones that have simply chucked the parcel at the front door and then left without even ringing the bell to let me know it's there.”

I have checked via your order number, and can see Royal Mail has lost this parcel, I can only apologize for this, I have now resent this with a different carrier, We have had a few issues with Royal mail and now have EVRI and DPD on board as well.
