“Your service was bril ta but the Heritage toilet seat we purchased is rubbish. It looks ugly compared to its predecessor which broke. It rocks when you sit on it. The 3cm pins do not fit into the.2.5cm hinges. So only the tips of the seat pads sit on the pan. Photo”
