“Stress free purchase, arrived on time and well packaged. A present for my granddaughter’s birthday in March . My daughter purchased the pram for Ariella’s Christmas present and she loves it. I am waiting for the accessory pack to come back In stock to complete the set.”

“emailed the company first as I needed help as was buying for my autistic granddaughter who wanted extras. They emailed me straight back. Ordered the pram (upgraded to the double). Goods arrived within a couple of days after ordering. Will now see if they will honour me with the extras I need to buy for her to make her 100% happy.”

“The pram I bought for my grandaughter is absolutely beautiful. She loves playing with it with it’s change bag & rain over. It’s superb quality & delivery is very fast & free. Also I was amazed to find that spare parts are available to order which means she will have her pram for a long time. Great!”

“I ordered my daughter a pram for her birthday, I had a problem with delivery so called them up. Had another pram sent out and was received within 3 days. Over 2 weeks after ordering the 1st it turned up so called them again and a label to send it back to was issued. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was very helpful. Will definitely order from these again. The answers regarding delivery are for the 2nd parcel as the 1st was not playlikemum fault, the courier had it within 2 days of ordering it was them that took too long delivering but my 2nd was within 3 days”
