“Excellent customer service. Pram arrived and put it up to check it before Christmas. There was a small mark on the hood so I rang customer services. They send a replacement without question. Couldn’t have asked for more.”

“Extremely helpful, great customer service. My daughter has been playing with dolls prams and pushchairs since she was 2, she's now 10. I wish I had known about this site sooner! I had to send one pram back as it was a little too small, but the lady on the phone was great, arranged to have that one picked up and I paid the difference for the bigger one and it came next day!”

“the items I wanted to order were out of stock, I liked the facebook page and could see regular updates of when stock was expected to come in. I also registered for the email update of stock arrival. the stock came in as Play like mum had informed us and I ordered the 4 items I required. I was informed at point of check out that the items would come with a picture on the box so I knew that my little ones couldn't see the delivery! delivery was prompt and efficient. Products have gone to Father Christmas so I cant comment on the actual product as yet but the service I received was excellent - Thank you Play like mum!”
