“The pram I bought for my grandaughter is absolutely beautiful. She loves playing with it with it’s change bag & rain over. It’s superb quality & delivery is very fast & free. Also I was amazed to find that spare parts are available to order which means she will have her pram for a long time. Great!”

“I ordered my daughter a pram for her birthday, I had a problem with delivery so called them up. Had another pram sent out and was received within 3 days. Over 2 weeks after ordering the 1st it turned up so called them again and a label to send it back to was issued. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who was very helpful. Will definitely order from these again. The answers regarding delivery are for the 2nd parcel as the 1st was not playlikemum fault, the courier had it within 2 days of ordering it was them that took too long delivering but my 2nd was within 3 days”

“Well what can I say your service is second to none, you were so helpful considering I was let down by another firm and phoned you up on 22/12/2022 for a pram for our great-grandaughter for Christmas even though you said it may not be there in time it arrived on 24/12/2022. Thank you thank you thank you we had one very happy little girl, and would highly recommend you, And now we have found out we are going to have another great-granddaughter in June we will be buying another pram from you when the time is right. Once again thank you for all your help cannot thank you all enough”

“Bought the Daisy Chain Connect 5-in-1 classic pink for Christmas 2022, for my Grandaughter. Excellent service and product. Also purchased, on the same order, the Accessory Pack for her 4th birthday next week. I'm sure she will be as delighted as I am and expect she will have many happy years of play. My thanks to both ladies I spoke to, Kimberley for some technical info and I think Amy, about only 1 package being received initially. She contacted the carrier on my behalf.”

“No problems from sale to receipt - seems a great company selling quality items, many of which fill a gap in the market that no other company seems to be addressing (doll pushchairs for older/taller girls). One star knocked off, however, for one thing that would make a big difference in my opinion. Most of your sales are likely to be gifts - birthday, Christmas, etc - I wrote a note in the delivery notes section to ask if it was possible for the box to be disguised/plain so as to not show the contents. Unfortunately this was not the case and there is an image of the pushchair on the box - luckily my delivery driver was savvy enough to conceal and warm me of this so I could avoid my daughter seeing it.”
