“Ordered the SIlvercross Pioneer Accessory pack to go with the Pram we had bought for my little girl for christmas and it is gorgeous, we had an issue with one piece not being in the box, however i rang up and it was with me the next, great service would high recommend.”

“Wrong item arrived by amazon so not play like mums fault. But ordered right item through play like mum and only had 3 wheels.. so my daughter couldnt play with her pram xmas day the replacement wheel wasnt sent as the email with my address on was accidentally lost. Although they did send us a tote bag as a gesture of good will it still ruined xmas day morning!”

“Fast delivery, lovely product. Disappointed that packaging had pictures of the contents. It would have been better if the items arrived in a plain cardboard box so my 5 year old daughter would not see what was inside! I’m sure we weren’t the only family to have this problem when buying from you. Disappointing when it was obviously bought as a Christmas present.”
