“I contacted play like mum as one of the pushchairs I'd bought for my granddaughters had a faulty wheel, the lady I spoke to was fantastic, she emailed me label to print off for return, along with name and address of local Hermes drop off shop, then literally within a couple of hours of dropping off the parcel, I received an email telling me replacement was on it's way and would be there next day, it was! Cant recommend this company enough, for there excellent customer service. Fantastic quick replies to any problem or query”

“Our granddaughter was desperate to have a double buggy for Christmas! However, although she is only 7years 10 months she is very tall and most buggies in the toy shops were too low. The double Play Like Mum buggy handle height is suitable up to 13 years old. Needless to say she was delighted with the gift and it should last a few years.”
