“I have'nt opened it yet as it is a present for boxing day for my granddaughter. However it arrived promptly and the box wasi ntact which is always a good sign with a large item.”

“Absolutely amazing customer care, i ordered the wrong accessory pack for my daughters Christmas present without realising and I was contacted to tell me I had ordered the wrong one and was asked if I’d like to cancel and re order the correct accessory pack, the lady on the call was very polite and friendly”
