“Small silver cross stroller is an excellent,well made collapsible pushchair. Unfortunately it was too small for our great granddaughter who is a tall 3 year old so we asked to return it in exchange for the larger size .Things could not have been easier. With the help from Kimberley who got the smaller item picked up and arranged for the replacement to be delivered next daykeeping us informed all the way by E mail. First class service which is so rare nowadays. .Thank you.”

“Fantastic, quick, efficient service; even with all that's going on at the moment. My only criticism is that had my daughter been around when it was delivered she would have known what it was as the picture is on the box, it's a surprise for her birthday. Perhaps packaging in a plain box would solve this.”
