“Play like mum Ltd . I order a dolls pram for my granddaughter which is perfect. But I made a mistake with my delivery address. I immediately sent a email 2days after the original order date and rang customer service the call was answered immediately much to my amazement, the young lady was very helpful felt with the issue immediately and my purchase was delivered the next day wonderful service.”

“Ordered the pinnacle double dolls pram for my granddaughter which she absolutely loves The pram turned up ahead of scheduled time and was very easy to assemble. Unfortunately the basket underneath broke. However an email to Play like Mum (answered within minutes) resulted in replacement part coming through the letterbox within 48 hours. Amazing product from an amazing company with undoubtedly one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had Thank You”

“Lovely little pram, arrived next day. On opening i noticed a small flaw on the apron, i contacted Playlikemum & received a replacement apron by 1st class post the next day. Absolutely fantastic customer service, I would not hesitate in recommending Playlikemum & can not wait to see my granddaughters face when she sees the pram.”
