“Package came unwrapped! Bought for Christmas came home from work with the children in the car and it was sitting at the front door sleuth a picture of the pram on the front of the box!”

We are so sorry that this has happened. We do put a warning in bold on the sales confirmation and we also put a warning at the very beginning of the despatch confirmation in bold to advise you that the packaging shows the product. We offer free click & collect so that it could be delivered to a store nearby so that you can collect at your convenience or we give the option for delivery to a work address or a grand parent address to avoid the little ones seeing the box. Again, please accept our apologies that this has happened.

“This is the second dolls pram I have purchased from this company , granddaughter has outgrown the first pram so just purchased the Pinnacle pram for her 8th birthday, she is over the moon with this and tells me that her babies Jake and Nathan love being in it. The product is of excellent quality and easy to put together and switch seats around. Also purchased the accessory pack which she loves. Perfect gift for any girl who loves playing at being a mum . You won’t be disappointed if you purchase this .”

“I have 4 girls and they all have a pushchair from you, this is my perfect place to buy from, no rubbish items that need returning after a week, the seats don't fall off every 10 minutes and if I do have any issues your customer service is top notch!!”

“Excellent customer service. Pram arrived and put it up to check it before Christmas. There was a small mark on the hood so I rang customer services. They send a replacement without question. Couldn’t have asked for more.”
