“The very expensive prams arrived at 4pm in large white boxes with huge pictures of prams on them. They are obviously christmas presents and my children saw them, and the magic of santa is completely ruined. I did try to order them to a shop nearby but for some reason the sale didn't go through at first then defaulted back to my home address. I messaged them and they just said sorry, we warned you about the boxes, but what am I ment to do when they arrive as the kids come home. Why can't the boxes be more discreet? Esp as there for children. So annoyed with this company. I cant say what the prams are like yet as there christmas presents so haven't been opened. So I hope they are worth it.”

“My parcel was left at the wrong address When I contacted play like mum they stated evri will just say it's been delivered . I had to rebuy my daughter another birthday present . Not great customer service. I would not recommend”

“Speed of delivery was amazing. Ordering easy. Cant review the item I ordered for my grandaughter yet as it is wrapped up for Santa to deliver. I did have a quick peek inside the box and it looks very sturdy and of good quality. Really is just like mummy's. Thank you Play like Mum”
