“The pram and accessories look like a great purchase for my granddaughter for Xmas thanks.I wasn't impressed with the delivery I had an appointment which took just 30 minutes so I left a note on my door asking them to leave it with a neighbour across the road if I wasn't in.I came back and asked her had they been and she said no.I found the parcel later that day when I put my bin out at the back of my house no note had been posted to say it was there.”

“I purchased a double buggy for my daughter, and a new colour was brought out the day after my original order so I called and asked whether I could swap it. The lady on the phone was so helpful, sent me the labels to return and advised that the replacement would be sent out as soon as the return label was scanned. I had the new buggy within a day, I can’t express how impressed I am with the customer service I received.”

“Service was fantastic. It was very easy to order and communication was great. I sent a note late at night as I had deleted my despatch email by mistake and got a response immediately at 11pm!! my order was delivered the next day. I have recommended this site to my friends.”
