“Still waiting on the pram i ordered on 23rd Dec, got an email today to say play like mum dispatched on 23rd but Yodel had not sent to indivdual hub so they were resending the pram today and i should get it tomorrow 31st Dec but still no tracking info for it quick enough to take the money on 23rd Dec though, and i have still got a very upset 7 year old. Very disappointed i wont be using again thats for sure.”

“I messaged the company one evening, as I had some questions relating to the height of the pram. I did not expect a reply due to the time of day, so was hugely impressed to get a response almost immediately. My query was answered and I placed my order a few days later. The process was simple with efficient next day delivery. The pram itself is wonderful, and we had one very happy granddaughter on Christmas morning. Many thanks to all at Play Like Mum”
