“I had to order from play like mum as I'd ordered from another well known retailer and they had sent the wrong product. I ordered on the 23rd of December very late at night, I knew this was past the delivery in time for Christmas date but I didn't want to let my little girl down so I ordered anyway. After Christmas is better than not at all! Because we were due to visit family on boxing day and other days after, I called the company on 24/12 Xmas eve to find out when we should expect delivery so we could be in for it. I had such a lovely chat with the lady on the phone like I'd known her for ages, your customer service skills are like non I've known! She told me it would probably be either the 27th of 28th. I was extremely happy with this.... Then it arrived on Xmas eve!!! I am so so grateful for your exceptional service and delivery times. My daughter was able to get her doll pram that was perfect for her and at an amazing price for Xmas day to open with my other children. Thank you so so much. I will definitely be shopping with you again 😊”

“I received the double pushchair but one side of it has not been finished off properly it seems a clip has never been attached to secure the material around the outside bar to stop the actual seating part from collapsing in on itself. My daughter is very upset and gets very frustrated when putting her dolly in it as it collapses with the weight of it.This has caused a lot of unecessary stress on what is supposed to be a very happy time”
