“I ordered a Silver Cross dolls pram.It arrived promptly looks good sure my grandaughter will love it BUT no instructions with it.I managed to put it together but instructions on how to change it to a pushchair would be useful.”

“I ordered item after 4pm, realised it would come while my granddaughter was at mine. I emailed n asked for a delay in delivery, I received a reply, promptly delaying order. So it arrived when she wasn't here, so she's non then wiser that I have her Christmas present stored safely!😁 As items display picture and text stating contents”

“The website is easy to use, but after paying £66 for the 5 in 1 stroller I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of the item! Found it to be quite cheaply made and put together!”

The Press Studs on your Carrycot allow the Pram Carrycot to be converted into a Pushchair seat. There are 2 at the side and 1 at the top. The details are covered in the instruction booklet. If you are still unsure, can you call in the office on 01772 395207 and we will be happy to help
