“Brilliant service fabulous product. My 9 year old granddaughter is thrilled with her new pram. She is tall for her age and I was worried it would be too small but it’s absolutely perfect.”

“Extremely happy with my purchase. Was a slight problem with one of the wheels, it had lost the spring to keep the wheel on. I phone customer services. Got through to a human being, unfortunately can't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful and resolved the problem by sending me a new one. Granddaughter was still happy the wheel stayed on in the house so she could play with the pram pushing it slowly.”

“I wasn’t informed of my parcel being delivered to my point of pick up. It appears that pick up point was seen as home address. The only way I knew that my parcel had arrived at pick up point was when I received an email asking me to rate your service. So very shoddy communication”
