“My parcel was delivered to a house no where near my house with no note left in my door . When I phoned head office asking where my delivery was I was told it was at number 9 I asked number 9 who said they didn’t have it , when I called back to say that they said they would call the delivery company and call me back they didn’t call back and when I phoned up for the 3rd time told me I was “giving him grief all day” The parcel had actually been delivered to number 9 of a road no where near my house along with the delivery note to say it was there ! I only found out because the man who lived there bought it round for me ! Head office never did call me back to say where it was or to check if I had found it !!! I’ve not yet put it up as it’s a birthday present so I’m hoping it’s all there / working or I’ll have to deal with head office again !”

“The process to purchase was very easy, the delivery service was really fast & I had a very happy 2 & a half year old on Christmas Day who absolutely adores her new pushchair and doll to go with it best present she’s ever received never leaves it alone and always showing it off - happy child makes happy parents”

“Great pram, Great prices and fast service just one small issue was that the parcel wasn't discreet and clearly stated what it was but luckily a neighbour had taken it as I wasn't home and covered it up so my little girl didn't see what it was”

“Never received item, apparently was in yodel for the 10 days prior to Christmas and I couldn’t cancel! However was able to cancel on 30th Dec!! If you’d cancelled before I could have reordered and my daughter would have had the pram she wanted for Christmas. Sat in waiting for a whole week in the run to Christmas for it not to arrive. One word to describe your service ‘APPALLING’”
